Your Role As a Zenika Consultant
As a
Business Analyst, you'll work on impactful digital transformation projects across a range of industries. You'll be embedded within cross-functional teams alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
We're looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to drive the delivery of digital and cloud-based solutions, working closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping solutions, and seeing them through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment across requirements and delivery
- Gather and translate requirements into clear artefacts (e.g. user stories, process flows, functional specs)
- Analyse complex business and system problems using process mapping, data analysis, and impact assessments to drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate with engineers on solution design, including integrations, scalability, and performance
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Design and lead UAT and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and quality requirements
- Support post-go-live monitoring and continuous improvement, leveraging user feedback and system insights
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance digital products, contributing to longer-term strategy and innovation initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis within technology-driven or enterprise environments
- Experience working across both business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Solid understanding of digital systems and cloud concepts (e.g. APIs, integrations, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, non-functional requirements)
- Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong skills in requirements engineering, process modelling, and impact analysis
- Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms or large-scale digital platforms is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
