Your Role As a Zenika Consultant
As a
Digital Business Analyst, you'll work on impactful digital transformation projects across a range of industries.
You'll be embedded within cross-functional teams alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand business and user needs, translating them into clear problem statements and outcomes
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to uncover requirements, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Apply service design thinking (e.g., user journeys, personas) to shape intuitive and impactful solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to manage backlogs, prioritise features, and support delivery execution
- Use prototyping and iterative approaches to validate ideas and refine requirements
- Leverage data, metrics, and user insights to inform decisions, define success criteria, and measure outcomes
- Support teams in navigating complex systems and environments, simplifying problems and enabling incremental delivery
What you bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Product, or Digital Delivery roles
- Experience delivering digital or transformation projects across public sector or large-scale, regulated environments
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including facilitating workshops and engaging diverse user groups
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to service design, journey mapping, or design thinking practices
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)
- Understanding of AI, automation, or emerging technologies
- Certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure problems and prioritise effectively
- Good understanding of data, metrics, and digital products
- A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset
