Working Days and Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and validation of solutions against business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, solution scope, and functional specifications.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, users, and project teams to ensure successful implementation, change management, and alignment on project scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and UAT sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues or gaps throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare end-user and project documentation, including user manuals, training materials, SOPs, and test documentation.
• Review post-deployment performance metrics and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Maintain project and product documentation repositories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, UAT coordination, test planning, and defect management across full project development lifecycles.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts from business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to model business requirements using business process modelling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCBA®, CBAP®, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
• Software testing certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile, Business Process Reengineering, ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, Digital Technologies, or Design Thinking.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes.
