Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop application evaluation module with eligibility assessment tools, project evaluation framework (problem statements, milestones, costs, benefits), and standardized scoring templates with collaborative review features
• Develop analytics capabilities to generate insights on FinTech investment trends, funding patterns, company characteristics, and FinTech landscape
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and deliver knowledge transfer to Innovation Acceleration Office

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analystor similar role
• Experience working on projects (gathering requirements, building solutions)
• Exposure to data analysis or reporting work

Skills needed:

• Basic data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
• Ability to understand and map business processes
• analysis skills, communication, experience in similar work
• Clear communication (to talk to users and stakeholders)
• Some knowledge of FinTech or finance (good to have, not always required)
• Experience with tools like dashboards or reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
