Business Analyst - Workflow & Case Management

About the job:
As a Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Key Responsibilities:

You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.

About you:

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in workflow automation, case management, operational transformation, or related areas.
• Strong understanding in AML /KYC / Financial Crime compliance
• Hands-on experience with OpenText workflow, case management, or similar platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Exposure to regulatory or operational processes within banking (e.g., onboarding, compliance, servicing, risk).
• Strong understanding of workflow modelling, process design, system integrations, and rules configuration.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled process improvements in financial services.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting and project delivery environment.
