Business Analyst with Salesforce Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team at Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leveraging Salesforce to drive sales performance and enhance business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable solutions while collaborating with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
