Business Analyst (Salesforce Experience)

Overview

AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our Customer Success division. If you're passionate about translating business needs into technical solutions and want to be part of a fast-growing global software company, we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing

You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to analyze business processes and systems, particularly within Salesforce environments. Your role will include gathering and defining requirements, designing solutions, and supporting successful project delivery to drive business impact and user adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Elicit and document requirements for Salesforce and enterprise software development
  • Create deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Analyze current business processes and develop As-Is and To-Be models
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications understandable by both business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers and Salesforce administrators to define feasible solutions
  • Support project planning including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication
  • Participate in solution testing and validation
  • Provide user training or documentation where needed

Other qualities we're looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software projects
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom modules)
  • Experience documenting and analyzing complex business processes and requirements
  • Strong understanding of systems integration and workflows in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint or Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior analysts is a bonus
