Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global financial services organisation – to hire a Business Analyst to support Wealth sales processes, data, and AI transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working across business and technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions. You will work with stakeholders across multiple geographies, contribute to data and AI projects, and help drive initiatives from analysis and design through to implementation.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, managing project risks and issues, supporting testing and rollout, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technology requirements.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data quality assurance practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution of project blockers.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management, wealth sales processes, or related business flows will be an advantage.
- Experience supporting data, AI, digital, or technology transformation projects will be an advantage.
Job Description
- Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements for Wealth sales process, data, and AI projects.
- Analyse business processes and data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for technology and project teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Digital, and other stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Support delivery planning by providing accurate estimates and helping manage the transition from analysis through design and implementation.
- Assist with testing new solutions, identifying defects, and resolving issues during development and rollout.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers, and work with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet required quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, data management standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to sales processes, data, and AI analytics.
- Support data governance and quality assurance activities to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews, measuring project outcomes and identifying opportunities for further improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Wealth sales processes, data, analytics, and technology solutions.
