The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global oil and gas company to hire a Business Analyst.

• The role bridges business stakeholders and analytics teams by translating requirements into actionable solutions, supporting Agile delivery, and driving adoption and continuous improvement of revenue management analytics.

• The role will start off as a contract role.
  
  

The Job

Responsibilities

• Act as the business representative within Agile teams, ensuring stakeholder needs are reflected throughout development.

• Gather, clarify, and translate business requirements for the Product Owner.

• Lead regular business and product stewardship sessions to maintain alignment and priorities.

• Partner with sales stakeholders to drive understanding, adoption, and feedback on new analytical capabilities.

• Coordinate business testing and validation using Azure Dashboards and communicate results to delivery teams.

• Monitor model performance and user adoption, sharing insights to support continuous improvement.

• Maintain sufficient knowledge of analytics tools and COE offerings to engage effectively with technical and business teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture and synthesize information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Azure Dashboards or similar reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Agile workflows and project coordination practices.
