Business Analyst - UIUX

We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst with deep UI/UX expertise to serve as the critical link between our business stakeholders and our design/development teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric functional specifications, ensuring that the final application delivery aligns with both business goals and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Discovery & Translation: Lead workshops with stakeholders to extract core business needs. Translate these into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and wireframes that the UI/UX team can execute.

• Gap & Workflow Analysis: Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimisation. Map out As-Is vs. To-Be user journeys.

• Prototyping & Visualisation: Create low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and flowcharts to validate concepts with stakeholders before moving to high-fidelity design.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations by balancing technical constraints, business ROI, and user needs. Act as the voice of the user in business meetings and the voice of the business in design sprints.

• Design Validation: Review UI/UX deliverables (Figma/Adobe XD) to ensure they meet the documented functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

• UAT & Usability Testing: Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with the UX team to conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within an Agile/Product-focused environment.

• UI/UX Literacy: Strong understanding of UX principles (information architecture, interaction design, accessibility) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure.

• Documentation: Mastery of writing clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria (AC), and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

• Agile Proficiency: Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
