Systematic Hedge Fund (SG) - Business Analyst

My client is seeking a technically strong Business Analyst to support the onboarding of new systematic equity and macro trading teams and the rollout of new trading strategies. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external counterparties to ensure seamless production launches and ongoing trading support.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end onboarding of new PM teams and deployment of systematic trading strategies

• Design and coordinate research and trading solutions aligned with firm standards

• Act as a liaison between PMs, internal teams, brokers, exchanges, and vendors

• Provide day-to-day support for trading operations, compliance, data, and business continuity

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with excellent communication skills

• Understanding of market structure and electronic trading systems (or strong aptitude to learn)

• Proficiency in Python and SQL Linux/Unix scripting a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

• Experience with systematic trading, derivatives, or digital assets is a plus

• High ethical standards and collaborative mindset
