Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in financial services, credit, private equity, or investment operations preferred
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of data structures, data flows, and business reporting
  • Ability to document business requirements clearly and effectively
  • Experience with process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of or interest in financial services, including banking, insurance, investments, or credit
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
