Job Description

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience in financial services, credit, private equity, or investment operations preferred
Skilled in gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Understanding of data structures, data flows, and business reporting
Ability to document business requirements clearly and effectively
Experience with process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Understanding of or interest in financial services, including banking, insurance, investments, or credit
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
