Business Analyst

. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the financial industry (either in Public Markets, or Private Markets), IT project management, software development, business analysis, and/or product management.

. Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, product discovery,stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning.

. Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, and able to work effectively with designers in prototyping and translating ideas into effective business solutions.

. Hands-on experience in working with teams that operate in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

. Experience in production support of front office applications is an added advantage.
