We're looking for someone who not only understands the nuts and bolts of Trade Finance (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, etc.) but also has the drive to transform processes, partner with technology teams, and deliver impactful change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a bridge between Trade Finance Operations, Business stakeholders, and Technology teams
- Drive process reviews, workflow enhancements, and system improvements
- Support trade-related projects and change initiatives from design through to implementation
- Gather and translate requirements into clear business and functional specifications
- Collaborate with technology teams on system upgrades, automation, and digitization
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in Trade Finance Operations (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, etc.)
- Exposure to business analysis, project management, or process change
- Ability to work across teams and challenge the status quo with solutions-oriented thinking
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem solving and innovation
- Need to work closely with North Asia and would be nice to have mandarin speaking.
