Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (TechM176711) to work closely with stakeholders and product teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven experience in requirement gathering, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Understand user pain points and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Agile methodologies and business analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience with IT-related tertiary education.
- At least 5-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
