Responsibilities:
- Business & Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor capabilities, and user behaviors. Identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and user research. Translate insights into structured business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with organizational goals.
- Performance & Data Insights: Define KPIs and success metrics. Build dashboards and reports to track adoption, monitor results, and guide continuous improvement.
- Solution Evaluation: Analyze proposed enhancements, assess feasibility, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Policy teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support testing and validate features against requirements.
- Documentation & Communication: Produce clear documentation, including process flows, user journeys, and analysis reports. Present findings and recommendations to influence stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Product Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping, requirements engineering, and data synthesis.
- Proficiency in dashboards and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations (no coding required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMIPBA, PSPO/CSPO, Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in government, regulated industries, or enterprise environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation, service design, or user experience research.
