Business Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365,.NET, and Azure platforms.
3. Oversee system configuration and customization within Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
4. Manage release planning, deployment, and version control across environments (Dev, UAT, Production).
5. Lead change control processes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals and risk assessment.
6. Work closely with developers to ensure solutions align with .NET architecture and Azure cloud standards.
7. Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and ensure quality assurance of delivered solutions.
8. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
9. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
10. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Strong knowledge of .NET framework and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
4. Experience in system configuration, release management, and change control processes.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
