Business Analyst (Systems)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our project and product development initiatives;

The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team to ensure that requirements are accurately gathered, documented, and implemented;

The ideal candidate will also analyze market and customer needs, translate them into product features, and support product adoption strategies;

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science;
• Must have 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in project and/or product development;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management;
• Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and sequence diagrams;
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills across business and technical teams;
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart;

Desired Skill-set

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified;

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders;
• Analyze and document business needs into functional and non-functional requirements;
• Create process flows, user stories, and traceability matrices;
• Liaise between business users and technical teams for alignment;
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to implement requirements;
• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities;
• Assist in business cases, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization;
• Prepare user documentation, training materials, and product collateral;
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products.
