About the Role

We are supporting a leading international banking client in Singapore and is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support regional and global initiatives within Trade & Supply Chain Financing systems.

This role combines project delivery and production support, working closely with Product, Operations, and IT teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and production issues
• Design functional solutions and user workflows
• Produce Functional Specifications and obtain stakeholder sign-off
• Define SIT/UAT/NRT test scope and support testing activities
• Validate test results and assist with defect triage and prioritization
• Perform functional analysis for production incidents and propose solutions
• Support system migrations and new client onboarding initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards
• Participate in solution design reviews with technical teams

Requirements

• 410 years of experience, with 45 years as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience in Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance / Transaction Banking systems preferred
• Strong functional analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Had past working experience in technical roles such as developer, technical designer, Tech support analyst etc.
