Business analyst is the bridge between IT and Business, understanding Business requirements, propose solution and ensuring deliverables fulfil Business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact interfacing between technical team to business users on issues and change requests.
- Capture and understand business problems, requirements, and their priorities.
- Understands strategic planning, perform business model analysis, process design and systems analysis.
- Produce Business requirement spec, use case, mockup, test cases and other relevant documents for user sign-off and test execution.
- Work hand in hand with various team members, to ensure that the business requirement and scope of delivery is established for the appropriate delivery phases.
- Follow through the Defect resolutions and ensuring all defects to be resolved within the stipulated timeline
- Plan and execute functional and System Integration Test,
- Support business in the UAT Testing.
- Ensure deliverables quality and conforms to the agreed specifications.
- Conduct training with users or internal IT teams.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technologies / Business Information System or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SDLC and Basic application troubleshooting
- Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Business Process Modelling and Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Test Execution and Management, Problem Solving
- Detail-Oriented, Work under pressure and timeline
