Required Experience of the appointed resource:
- 35 years of relevant experiences in business analysis and/or project management within software application delivery environments.
- Proven experience working with enterprise software (e.g., D365, Business Central etc).
- Strong requirement-gathering and process modeling skills.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and facilitate meetings.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications ( Optional)
- Certification in PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
- Exposure to data migration, integration, or change management activities.
