About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements
• Perform impact assessments and analyze the to-be business and operational processes based on agreed requirements
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

• Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements

Testing

• Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution

Essential skillsets:

• Knowledge of Finance and Reporting
• Good knowledge in MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Project
• SQL, VB, Python
