Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, and Tele-Sales processes. The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities across Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, customer-centric sales and servicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Tele-Sales initiatives.

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce teams, and technical teams to understand business needs.

Define future-state business processes and customer engagement journeys.
