Able to translate business requirements into precise, high quality user stories that are clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and delivery mindset, being experienced working in an agile delivery environment.
Experience with Agile delivery tools - e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
Proficiency in Salesforce and its CRM modules is preferred.
Experience with major CRM platforms and system integrations is considered a baseline requirement.
Possess knowledge in AS400 system and proficient in insurance claims processing, policy servicing.
