We're Hiring: Business Analyst (SaaS / Digital Transformation) – Singapore

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team in a client-facing consulting role, driving transformation across SaaS and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops, capture requirements, and map user journeys
• Translate business needs into Agile user stories & product backlogs
• Drive end-to-end delivery: Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Implementation
• Leverage AI & automation to enhance business processes
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience
• Exposure to SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Power Platform, etc.)
• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum / SAFe)
• Expertise in stakeholder management & process re-engineering
