Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, helping to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support the development and testing of new systems or processes, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques such as process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL or other data query tools.
- Previous experience in financial services, technology, or consulting is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT systems.
