Collaborate with front, middle, and backoffice stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Lead system enhancements, configuration updates, and integration initiatives across investment platforms.
Assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance accuracy, control, and operational scalability.
Support SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Work closely with vendors and internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Produce high-quality documentation, including requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Contribute to change management and adoption efforts for new tools, workflows, and system capabilities.
Core Requirements
Hands-on experience with investment systems, such as Murex, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, or comparable platforms used in public markets.
Strong understanding of endtoend public markets transaction workflows, especially within fixed income and foreign exchange (FX)-covering trade capture, risk, compliance, settlement, and reporting.
