Collaborate with Product Leads and key stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap supports business objectives, converting business needs and technical insights into viable product initiatives.
Validate business requirements through research, data analysis, and experimentation, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, cost-effective, and deliver measurable value.
Define and manage roadmap scope, break approved initiatives into well-structured epics, and prepare effort estimates and business cases for stakeholder endorsement.
Lead solution conceptualization and user journey design, facilitating reviews and refinements to ensure alignment with the product strategy.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that address business goals, technical considerations, security, and other non-functional requirements.
Balance feature development with technical debt and architectural priorities, making informed trade-offs while safeguarding critical system requirements.
Ensure backlog items are well-defined and development-ready, validate completed deliverables, support UAT activities, and drive release readiness decisions.
Establish success metrics before implementation and evaluate post-release performance data to identify enhancement opportunities and support continuous improvement.
Partner closely with architects, project teams, and subject matter experts throughout the product lifecycle, maintaining product documentation, business rules, and post-launch feedback processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar discipline. Candidates with significant experience may be considered for management-level roles.
Demonstrated success in working with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver digital solutions and products.
Strong knowledge of product backlog management, roadmap planning, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, business process analysis, product performance measurement, Agile methodologies, SDLC, system integrations, and non-functional requirements.
Experience within the shipping or logistics industry is advantageous.
