Business analyst - Private banking

. Minimum of 8-10 yearsof progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, withat least 3-5 years as a functional business analyst or system analyst preferred

. Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing complex projects and achieving strategic business objectives.

. Strong understanding offinancial products, services, and market dynamics within the banking sector.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions.

. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the financial industry.

. Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools, and the SDM process and testing tools
. Wealth or Private Banking experience

. Knowledge of the regulatory changes, especiallyin the sales & advisory process

. Strong knowledge of investment products

• Experience in designing end-to-end workflows
