Job description:
The candidate is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver effective system solutions. The role involves testing, documentation, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with business process owners to define business and reporting dashboard requirements
- Validate data requirements with stakeholders.
- Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and perform data cleaning/wrangling/mining
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and alerts
- Provide user training and develop user guide and documentation
- Work closely with the inhouse software development team and ERP team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience
- Degree holder
- Working experience with Power BI, MSSQL, MYSQL, Excel, DAX, M Language
