Job Title : Business Analyst

Minimum Experience : 2-7 years

Location :Singapore

Required Qualifications & Experience (must have)

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or at least 2 years of consulting experience at a Big Four firm, Accenture, or a boutique consulting firm.

Proven client-facing experience and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick, actionable guidance.

Ability to think through challenges critically and utilize AI tools to resolve issues independently.

Solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and UAT.

Experience combining frontline support responsibilities with project management and diagnostic troubleshooting tasks.

Project-management oriented mindset with experience in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present findings and troubleshoot guidance to varied audiences.

Technical Skills

Excel: advanced use for analysis and reporting.

SQL: intermediate competencyable to write joins, aggregations, window functions, and transform datasets for analysis.

Basic Python programming knowledge to support troubleshooting and automation tasks.

Practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude.

Experience with common BA and support tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) with ability to manage and escalate issues effectively.

Skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and supporting business and technical problems.

Working Hours

Regular working hours across four days per week.

One flexible day per week that includes a required 2-hour overlap with US Eastern Time.

Nice to Have

Fluency in Chinese and/or Japanese.
