Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the Technology Project Portfolio, Financials, and Workforce planning.
- Support project portfolio governance routines, including preparation of portfolio updates, governance materials, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage technology expense tracking, including resource onboarding/offboarding, headcount monitoring, and reconciliation with APAC Technology financial reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports covering project portfolio status, financials, headcount, and operational activities.
- Work closely with country technology leads and project managers to consolidate project updates, financial forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Assist technology leadership with budget planning, resource forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform financial reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis to support decision making for senior management.
- Support business operations activities, including requisition tracking, headcount reviews, and resource allocation management.
- Prepare materials for executive meetings, business presentations, and corporate communications.
- Develop dashboards and reporting views for executive consumption using internal data sources and reporting tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, ideally within a technology or project environment.
- Experience supporting technology portfolio management, PMO functions, or financial project governance.
- Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate insights into executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Tableau reporting and SharePoint development is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of software project lifecycle and its financial and resource planning implications.
- Knowledge of expense management, cost tracking, and chargeback models.
