Project Overview
Our client is a global technology consulting firm who are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong SAP expertise in logistics execution to work closely with IT and business teams across requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. The role will be pivotal in driving successful system integration for logistics, warehouse, 3PL, shipping, and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between IT and business teams during requirements, solutioning, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide hands-on expertise in SAP LE (Logistics Execution) with a focus on delivery processing, relevant configurations, and determinations.
- Apply deep functional knowledge in SAP SD-LE, LE-WM/EWM, and LE-TRA modules, particularly in sales-related processes.
- Troubleshoot and investigate SAP SD (Order Management) and Logistics Execution/Warehouse Management (Lean Warehouse) issues, proposing and driving solutions.
- Manage logistics execution processes including stock transfer orders, master data integration, picking, packing, handling unit management, and goods movements.
- Work with cross-module integration: SD, MM, PP, IM.
- Manage background job processing for delivery and shipment creation.
- Analyze system requests/issues and recommend robust solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ChaRM and ServiceNow (SNOW) processes.
- Support interface setup with customers and third-party systems.
- Provide functional expertise with ABAP pricing routines, shipment costs, and user exits.
- Define business processes, draft requirements, and support solution architecture.
- Prepare functional specifications and provide production support under ITIL methodology.
Qualifications & Skills
- SAP SD and LE modules strong expertise required.
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP Logistics Execution experience.
- Proficiency in delivery processing, warehouse management (WM/EWM), and transportation.
- Strong background in cross-functional SAP module integration (SD, MM, PP, IM).
- Knowledge of system interfaces with customers and external systems.
- Experience in Functional Specs preparation and production support.
- Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ChaRM and SNOW processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities
