Detailed Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Master proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Additionally, master proficiency in Business Model Strategy and Business Process Analysis Tools is suggested.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business processes and system requirements.
