Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between stakeholders and the technical delivery team. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, conducting market analysis, and supporting product development. The Business Analyst will ensure that customer needs are accurately represented, and product features are effectively communicated to drive adoption.
Requirements:
- Facilitate and lead requirement-gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are well represented within the project team.
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices, linking business needs to system features and test cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and align them with business goals.
- Support system testing activities, including reviewing test cases, validating requirements coverage, and assisting in defect triage.
- Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and product documentation.
- Analyze market and customer data to provide insights into customer needs and business opportunities.
- Develop business cases and assess product feasibility.
- Participate in shaping product features, priorities, and focus.
- Create product brochures, videos, presentation materials, and user manuals.
- Provide administrative support, such as organising documentation, updating tracking tools, and coordinating meetings.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market developments, competition, and product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in project or product development.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and producing clear, structured documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills.
