A Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for evaluating and improving General Insurance Core system end to end processes. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing data, identifying business needs, creating documentation, and recommending solution to enhance efficiency and productivity. The BA act as a bridge between stakeholders, vendor and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in General Insurance (GI) industry preferable as a BA role
• Must have hands-on experience in MOTOR Insurance system
• Strong facilitation, coordination, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
• Sharp conflict management and problem solving skills
• Highly people oriented with ability to lead, drive, motivate and coach
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
