Role & Responsibilities:
The role sits within the AI & Data function, leading business analysis and advisory for AI, GenAI, and data initiatives across the enterprise. The incumbent acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring AI solutions are strategically aligned, compliant, and value-driven.
- Owning the AI/GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Leading end-to-end business analysis for AI and data initiatives, from ideation through delivery.
- Defining and validating business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Identifying, shaping, and prioritising high-impact AI and data use cases.
- Partnering with architects, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Advising business units on AI tools, platforms, and practical applications.
- Ensuring AI solutions comply with regulatory, data privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Driving stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and AI adoption.
- Measuring business impact, conducting post-implementation reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product-related roles within IT.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Computer Science, Data, AI, or similar).
- Background in banking, financial services, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment.
- Familiarity with analytics, BI, data, and cloud tools (e.g. BI platforms, SQL, Python basics, cloud services).
- Strong ability to interpret technical outputs and convert them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Strategic mindset, high adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
