Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics. The role requires deep understanding of the end-to-end contract managements ideally in commodities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between front office, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams in BBGC projects in Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics F&O as applicable).
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
- Support data migration, system integration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Produce BRDs, FSDs, process maps, user stories, and test cases.
- Act as the liaison between business users and development teams.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations or Business Central).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with integrations (APIs, ERP, SAP, third-party systems).
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments
