Job Description:
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analysts to join our growing team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and recommending solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will beresponsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing documentation.
. Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs andtranslate them into actionable solutions.
. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations based on their feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
. Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications.
. Participate in testing and validation efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. . Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
. Contribute to the development of business analysis best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Significant experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst.
. Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications would be considered a plus:
. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
. Experience with specific software or tools relevant to the business.
