We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to drive business analysis excellence across complex, large-scale programmes. This role goes beyond individual contribution - you will lead a team of Business Analysts, shape solution outcomes, and ensure delivery aligns with business intent.
You will work closely with Business Architects, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to translate strategy into executable solutions, while guiding teams in delivering high-quality analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards
- Provide guidance on requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation practices
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Oversee and validate requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across projects
- Ensure alignment of business needs with solution design and implementation
- Guide the team in translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, and specifications
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead business analysis planning across project phases, ensuring scope clarity and delivery timelines are met
- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to manage backlog, priorities, and dependencies
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Testing & Validation
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and verification activities
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and function as intended
- Establish testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks
Stakeholder Management
- Engage senior stakeholders, including government clients, to align on objectives and expectations
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Process Improvement & Governance
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for business analysis activities
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies
- Ensure consistency in documentation, traceability, and compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably in large-scale or government projects
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Business Analyst teams
- Strong experience in requirements management, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and Agile delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent
