Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows for system enhancements.
- Act as the Consumer Credit and Collections subject matter expert (SME).
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive project delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates and help resolve issues and blockers.
- Assess customer impacts of proposed system changes and enhancements.
- Support UAT planning, test script preparation, testing coordination, and validation of business requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst role.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Consumer Credit and Collections processes is good to have.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
