Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage application development, configuration, and integration activities.
- Work closely with Business Users to clarify requirements, manage scope, and assess change impacts.
- Oversee application testing activities, including SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Identify application related risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure environment readiness and deployment success.
- Support deployment, cutover planning, and post golive stabilization activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to operations and support teams.
- Provide regular status updates on application delivery progress to project management and stakeholders.

1. Experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements across stakeholders and systems.
2. Ability to engage business users, IT teams, and vendors to clarify needs, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
3. Proven capability in translating business needs into process flows, functional specifications, and user-centric solutions.
Good to Have skills:
- Ability to perform gap analysis between current state and target state systems.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption activities.
- Familiarity with application systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience with requirements tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools).
