Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, and support the design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements across ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow.
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and ITOM.
- Facilitate UAT, training, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/related field.
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst at least 2 years with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow CSA or ITIL certification is a plus.
