Business Analyst (Junior)

Key Responsibilities:
. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.
. Assist in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), and use cases.
. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
. Support testing activities by preparing test cases, performing UAT, and coordinating with users for validation.
. Participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements.
. Track project progress and maintain updated documentation and status reports.
. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making.
. Ensure alignment of business needs with IT deliverables across various projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
. Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
