Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong experience in life and health insurance advisory or policy administration processes
  • Proven track record in digital transformation or workflow digitization projects
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping (as-is/to-be), and solution design
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Experience with: API integrations and data mapping, Documentation tools and collaboration platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for digital insurance platforms, covering the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
  • Drive process digitization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Support Agile delivery by managing backlog prioritization, scope definition, and sprint activities
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Perform data mapping and support API integration activities
