Since 2010, the company has supported various government, commercial, and industrial sectors through its deep expertise in LED lighting, product development, and IoT-based energy management solutions.
We are developing a new patent technology under our subsidiary company HeatSig, a Lighting solution that continuously monitors the environment using high-precision thermal sensors. It identifies unusual heat patterns early, even before they become critical, to prevent potential hazards.
Internship Job Scope - Business Analyst Intern
The intern will be attached to the Project and Strategy team and work closely with cross-functional departments. The role is structured to expose students to real-world project management, business process improvement, and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.
- Translate business needs into workflow diagrams, user stories, and wireframes for better understanding and alignment.
- Support the analysis of data from business operations and project KPIs to help improve decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with project leads to monitor and track deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to support strategy and product roadmap development.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal communication and client engagements.
- Identify potential process improvements and assist in implementing changes for workflow efficiency.
