HRnet Technologies, also known as Octomate, is the HR technology arm of HRnetGroup, a Singapore-listed recruitment and staffing firm established in 1992. Octomate provides workforce management and HR technology solutions that support organisations in managing scheduling, timesheets, leave, claims, and other HR processes.
We are looking for interns who can start August 2026 for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months preferred.
Job Description
The Business Analyst Intern supports the analysis, documentation, and delivery of system modules within the Octomate platform. You will work with stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support testing and rollout activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Support translation of requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Assist in analysing workflows and system processes for module enhancements
- Work with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Support system testing activities, including SIT and UAT coordination
- Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and documentation
- Support deployment, rollout, and post-implementation activities
- Maintain organised documentation of requirements, processes, and changes
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with documentation, process mapping, and system workflows
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
- Prior exposure to systems, data analysis, or software-related projects is an advantage
