Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Manage business requirements and functional solutions by defining the problem, scoping requirements, and supporting the development of business cases.
- Gather, document, and manage requirements/user stories; evaluate options and recommend solutions that best meet business needs.
- Perform detailed business analysis across projects and initiatives.
- Plan and monitor business analysis activities, including identifying stakeholders, selecting techniques, and tracking requirements.
- Refine and clarify business needs, define solution scope, and contribute to business case development.
- Conduct requirement elicitation through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse current processes and stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Evaluate solution options, identify gaps, propose improvements, and validate solutions against business needs.
- Apply Agile methodologies and support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration during project delivery.
- Review testing scenarios, test cases, and reports to ensure adequate coverage and quality outcomes.
- Manage issues, risks, conflicts, and changes while ensuring alignment on project scope and expectations.
- Coordinate meetings and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
- Track vendor deliverables, milestones, and service levels against contractual commitments.
- Facilitate reviews, approvals, and sign-off processes with stakeholders.
- Support program leadership with additional project or analysis tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and solution design.
- Experience working across full project or product development life cycles.
- Strong facilitation skills to conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts and develop a solid technical understanding of solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving improvements and delivering results.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, business process improvement, data analytics, or collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
