Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Retail/Fuel Store Operations and Point-of-Sale experience.
Key Responsibilities
- The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to operate independently, and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), supporting delivery through user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring solutions meet business and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline
- 5-15 years of relevant experience working as a BA
- Proficiency in English & BM
- Sprint and Story development including Acceptance Criteria and Testing knowledge and verification skills.
- Business analysis and requirement engineering
- Agile/Scrum delivery
- Stakeholder management
- User story writing and backlog management
- Strong communication and problem-solving
